Iranian Mobile Market Entry

Engaged to support the development and entry plans of a new MVNO entrant in Iran. Being one of the leading mobile payment providers in Iran, our client intended to leverage mobile to enhance, as well as extend beyond its core FS proposition set. We provided on the ground support in Iran with respect to launch strategy, technical and operating model design, vendor RFP preparation and MNO contract review abd negotiations.

KSA Mobile Market Entry

Supported the project to facilitate the formation of an international consortium between a European Telco and local KSA companies to jointly bid for and acquire an MVNO License, followed by playing a leading role in the development and execution of the Go To Market plan

Mobile Calling App Launch & GTM

Supported the launch and global expansion off a mobile international calling app for migrants. Included managing the commercial and product teams as well as managing and developing affiliate partners and international resellers to grow subscribers and achieve profitability. 

Pan African Entertainment Monetisation

Awarded "Best Pan-African Initiative" at Africacom, this project combining technology and entertainment took us to fourteen countries across Africa. We enabled the first ever IVR based music competition that gave anyone the possibility to become the next big music star by simply auditioning from their phone. From technical implementation to driving consumer engagement we spearheaded the project that generated over 24 million calls with over 123,000 songs recorded across Africa, leading to 14 national winners and ultimately one pan-African winner.

Telecoms Strategic Review

Led the strategic review for the provision of current and future telecom services for the Falklands Government. As part of the exercise the project team interviewed local residents and businesses to understand requirements, evaluated fixed and mobile network deployment options, and led negotiations with the incumbent network operator.
